Upon Filling out the “Become a Client form” the designer will contact you in your preferred method, to complete a introduction (Schedule an initial call).

An Initial call’s purpose is for the designer to gain an understanding of what services you are interested in, and the general scope of work. The call takes about 20 minutes to complete. After completing the call the designer will add you to a custom profile in order to proceed.

All clients are added to IBJMG’S Honeybook portal, that allows you to view all phases, invoices, messages, appointments and more. Clients should rely on Honeybook as their ultimate source for information throughout the duration of their project.

Yes! IBJMG offers virtual consultations for those out of state, or simply looking for a second opinion on a current project.
