Interiors by JMG E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem an e-gift card issued by IBJMG, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Issuance and Redemption:
E-gift cards are issued in USD.
E-gift cards can be redeemed only for products or services offered by IBJMG and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Card Activation and Expiry:
E-gift cards are activated upon purchase and will expire after 18 months from the date of activation.
Expired e-gift cards are not fully guaranteed to be honored.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards:
Treat your e-gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
IBJMG is not responsible for unauthorized use of e-gift cards.
6. Refunds:
E-gift cards are non-refundable.
In the case of a product or service return purchased with an e-gift card, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Fraud Prevention:
IBJMG reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any e-gift card order for suspicion of fraud.
8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
9. Modification of Terms:
IBJMG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
